Kayak Shipping Information
Shipping a kayak and/or stand-up paddle board can be challenging. This is because they don't fit in a box, they typically are not crated, they don't stack well with other products, and they require a team lift. Many companies are able to provide lower-cost solutions because of their shipping volume. Shipping is by far the biggest challenge for our company.
We ship all accessories using UPS and rates are provided at checkout for all US locations. The shipping information below relates to shipping kayaks and/or stand-up paddle boards.

- Shipping Within Florida/Georgia

Pickup
In most cases, we can have your product ready within 2 hours during normal business hours. If you have any questions regarding timeline, please give us a call or text: (813) 400-0605. The pickup address is:

Free Local Delivery
Our local delivery area is 100 miles from our pickup location listed above. The distance is calculated automatically during checkout using the shipping address you provide. If you find that you are, for example, located 3 miles outside of this delivery zone - just give us a call. We may be able to accommodate your delivery as local.
Most local deliveries will be completed within 1 - 3 business days. Upon purchase, we will reach out and coordinate delivery. You are also welcome to call or text us.
Shipping Within Florida/Georgia
In most cases, Tampa Bay Paddle Company can deliver your kayak within 1 - 3 business days within Florida and 1 - 14 days within Georgia. Upon purchase, a member of our team will reach out and coordinate delivery. As part of the delivery, depending on your preference, we will go over the features of our products with you and answer any questions you have.
Shipping Outside of Florida/Georgia
Because of these challenges, Tampa Bay Paddle Company has focused on the Florida and Georgia markets where we provide our own delivery services. If you are interested in our products and require delivery outside of Florida or Georgia, please reach out to us directly. Because we need to coordinate with a shipping carrier by phone, this is a manual process - we aren't able to calculate shipping automatically at checkout.
