Refund Policy
New items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping fees that might be associated with returning the product. Items must be in a new condition and not show any use or wear.
Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to unwrap your kayak and thoroughly inspect for damage.
Once a kayak, stand-up paddle board, accessory or item has been used the sale is final. Depending on the condition of the returned item, there may be a 15% restocking fee. Contact us and we'll help you arrange return freight.
Tampa Bay Paddle Company is not responsible for any shipping fees, nor refund of shipping fees, associated with a customer refusing delivery of their kayak order. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they or the person they purchased the kayak for are there at the shipped-to-address to receive the delivery from the shipping carrier, or have someone authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the customer according to shipping carrier policy. If a kayak delivery is refused by the customer and is returned to Tampa Bay Paddle Company, Tampa Bay Paddle Company has the right to charge the customer another shipping fee to re-ship the kayak.
